What Is Kadima/USY? |
| USY stands for United Synagogue Youth and is the youth group of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Membership in a local USY chapter entitles you to participate in events such as dances, sleepovers, conventions, and Religious Activities. Above all, Kadima and USY are a great way to form friendships with young Jewish people, not only in our synagogue, but in our community and beyond. These friendships help to strengthen Jewish ties and encourage active involvement in Jewish life. | |||||
What grades are Kadima and USY for? |
| You can join Kadima/USY in any grade; previous membership is not required. Kadima is for grades 5 and 6, Junior USY includes grades 7 and 8, and Senior USY serves grades 9-12. | |||||
